Do you ship to Quebec?

We ship coast to coast! We currently deliver to all Canadian provinces. Please note that delivery to some remote areas may require additional coordination or incur extra charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock inventory typically arrives within a week. Orders for products not currently in stock get added to the next production run and typically take 8-10 weeks to arrive. 

Can I order just a few blocks?

Yes — you're welcome to order up to 3 blocks as samples. These are shipped individually and are a great way to test the product before committing to a full order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order size. Orders are shipped via pallet, with the per unit cost of shipping decreasing with order size. For large orders or B2B clients, we can provide custom freight quotes.  

Why is there a minimum order quantity for full orders?

Full orders are shipped on pallets, which helps ensure the blocks arrive safely and efficiently. To make this feasible and cost-effective, we require a minimum of 5 cases per full order.

What if I need fewer than 5 cases?

If you're working on a smaller project and need fewer than 5 cases, we recommend starting with samples to see the product in person. For special situations, feel free to reach out directly and we’ll see what we can do.

Are these blocks structural?

No — breeze blocks are decorative only. They are not intended to bear loads. Always consult a builder or engineer for structural applications.

Can these be used outdoors in Canada?

Breeze blocks are ideal for outdoor use and were originally designed to thrive in exterior applications. That said, like all masonry, they can be affected by freeze-thaw cycles in colder climates. To ensure longevity, we recommend sealing the blocks if they’ll be exposed to harsh Canadian winters, especially in areas with high moisture or repeated freezing and thawing.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, if you're in BC, we can arrange for you to pick up your order at our yard in Kamloops.
