Email a purchase order to info@breezeblock.ca with:

• Céragrès PO number
• Store location and end-customer reference
• Profile, colour, and quantity
• Delivery destination (store or customer site)
• Any required-by date

We can’t process verbal or informal orders.

We send a written acknowledgement within 2 business days confirming product, pricing, freight, the consolidation date your order is assigned to, and the estimated delivery week.

Orders are typically consolidated into one monthly shipment to keep freight costs down.

• In stock orders will ship the last week of every month.
• Orders after the cutoff go on the following month’s shipment.
• Custom orders typically require 10-14 weeks (see Special Orders section)

We’ll confirm this on the acknowledgement.

The Current Stock table above is pulled live from our inventory every time this page loads.

Stock is allocated when we issue the acknowledgement, on a first-acknowledged basis; seeing a block here doesn’t reserve it.

Each acknowledgement marks every line as in stock, backordered (with a date), or special order.

Freight is quoted from our published schedule so you can give a firm number at point of sale.

• Delivery to a Céragrès store is the default and lowest cost
• Customer site delivery is quoted separately. Residential addresses need liftgate service and carry extra carrier charges

Freight is priced by the pallet delivered to Céragrès in Montreal. Current live rate: $825 per pallet

Rates are republished quarterly.

Arrives as one delivery, one bill of lading. The packing list is segmented by purchase order, and every pallet and carton is labelled with its Céragrès PO number.

• Inspect with the driver present and note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing
• Photograph any damage
• Report to us within 5 business days

If a project can’t wait for the monthly consolidation, flag it on the PO. Rush orders are quoted individually.

Profiles or colours not currently in stock are subject to:

• Lead time 10–14 weeks plus domestic freight
• 50% deposit at order placement
• Cannot be cancelled or returned once placed

Happy to discuss custom colours or profiles for larger specification projects; bring us in early.

• Blocks are decorative screen units, not load-bearing masonry
• Exterior installations in freeze-thaw climates must be sealed with a penetrating silane/siloxane sealer before winter
• Material must be stored under cover and off the ground until installation
